• Specialty lab orders (hormone levels, vitamin/mineral testing, infectious disease panels, etc.)
• Physician-ordered standing lab work for chronic conditions (diabetes, cholesterol, kidney, and liver monitoring)

Pricing:

• At-Home Blood Draw (1–3 tubes): $60–$75
• Additional Tubes (per 2): $10–$15
• On-Site Facility/Workplace Collections: Custom pricing by group size or contract
• Recurring/Standing Orders: $50 – $70 per visit

Common collections include:

• Whole blood, serum, and plasma samples
• Urine samples (routine urinalysis, toxicology, culture testing)
• Saliva or buccal swab specimens (DNA, genetic, and specialty testing)
• Specialty send-out samples (research kits, employer wellness panels, biomarker studies)

• Specimen Pick-Up & Transport to Reference Lab: $25 – $40
